有一個字，只要學會了，就可以掌握全世界 3 億 8 千 600 萬個南島民族的心跳
那就是 Lima（力馬）。
從台灣的排灣語、巴宰語，到大溪地，到夏威夷，到復活島
大家的「手」，都是這個美麗的 Lima
Lima，摸摸胸口，感受我們的溫度與心跳，了解我們原住民族的需要
Lima，向外伸展，串連彼此的需要，用開放讓世界原住民族變得更好
There is a word that once you learn it, you learn the heartbeats of 386 million Austronesian people.
It is 'lima'.
From Paiwan and Pazeh of Taiwan, to Tahitic, Hawaiian, Rapa Nui, and many many other Austronesian languages, everybody has the same 'lima/rima' for "hand" or "five".
To touch ourselves with 'lima', we feel our heartbeats and our temperature, and the needs of we Taiwanese indigenous people.
To extend to our friends with 'lima', we connect the world's indigenous people with an open mind to make the world better!

《臺灣原住民族國際訊息平台》由一群國內原住民青年組成。作為台灣第一個串連全世界原住民議題的平台，他們希望以 Lima 這個世界南島民族共通的「手」作為符號，從台灣出發，看到世界原住民族的議題與需要，讓下一代的原住民族享有比今日更好的生活與更完全的權利。

"International Platform for Taiwan Indigenous Peoples" is a platform launched by a group of indigenous young people in Taiwan. As a news platform to follow important issues on indigenous people from Taiwan to worldwide, they choose 'lima' "hand", the common language of world's Austronesian peoples as their logo, wishing to start from Taiwan and see the needs of the indigenous people from every coner of the world to provide a better and a fairer life for the next generation of indigenous peoples.
