~The excavation of the 18th century Dutch East Indiaman the Rooswijk.

摘要：
In 2017 and 2018 Dutch and British archaeologists investigated a shipwreck of the United Dutch East India Company in front of the English coast at 25 metres of depth. The ship sank on its way to Asia, only one day after it departed from the Netherlands on the night of the 9th of January 1740. The excavation revealed besides evidences of the life on board, also information about trade and even corruption. This presentation will be about the way the site was excavated and the historical and archaeological information that was gathered.
