[科技政策] 推動公共工程建設 中科二林園區辦公室揭牌

中科二林園區辦公室於3月18日舉行揭牌成立儀式，中科管理局人員以及保全正式進駐園區，園區辦公室將成為園區的窗口，推動園區內的各項公共工程建設。

出席中科4期二林園區辦公室揭牌成立儀式的貴賓包括國科會主委李羅權、中科管理局局長楊文科、彰化縣長卓伯源、二林鎮鎮長傳黎興、彰化縣議會議長白鴻森等人；在儀式上，李羅權等人將中科二林園區辦公室招牌上的紅布拉下，象徵辦公室正式成立。

李羅權說，二林園區成立象徵彰化縣從一個農業大縣轉型成為高科技產業大縣，他希望園區能在6月份拿到開發許可，7月份園區內的公共工程建設就可以動工興建。

楊文科說，受經濟不景氣影響，友達光電將晚半年至1年進駐園區，可是園區內公共工程建設進度不受影響，反而可以在友達進駐前儘速完成開發。楊文科表示，中科二林園區規劃引進光電、半導體、精密機械、生物科技產業等產業，目前已經有友達、華邦、華映等大廠表達投資意願，園區預計4年內完成主要公共工程，園區開發完成後可望創造2萬6000個就業機會。

[Sci-Tech Policy] Central Taiwan-Erlin Science Park Office Begins to Operate

The office of Central Taiwan-Erlin Scince Park begin to operate on 18th-Mar., 2009, equipped with officials from Central Taiwan Science Park Administration Bureau and security personnel. The office is expected to be the window of Erlin Science Park, executing various infrastructure projects in the campus.

The office inauguration ceremony guests includes NSC Minister Lou-Chuang LEE, CTSP Administration Bueau Chief Wen-Ke YANG, Changhua County Magistrate Po-Yuan CHO, Erlin Township Head Li-Hsing CHUAN (傳黎興) , Changhua County Council Speaker Hung-Sen Pai etc. At the ceremony, Mr. LEE and the others pull off the red cloth covered on the office fascia indicating the office begins to operate.

Lou-Chuang Lee points out, the inauguration of Erlin Science Park symbolizes Changhua County's transition from an agricultural county to an advanced sci-tech industrial county. He wishes that the development certificate get passed in June, which allows that the infrastructural construction may begin in July.

Wen-Ke YANG expresses, due to the economic flat, AUO will postpone its station plan for half to one year, which however is optimistically considered as an advantage that the science park administration group earns more buffer period for infrastructure preparation. YANG adds, Erlin Science Park is planned to invites industries including photonics, semiconductor, precision machinery, bio-tech etc. So far, AUO, Winbond and CPT have shown interest in stationing and investment. The major construction will get completed within four years. In expectation about 26,000 job opportunities may be created by the construction of the science park.
