[資訊科技][跨領域] 「數位典藏與數位學習橋接計畫」產學媒合會議於澎湖舉行
「數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫」總計畫辦公室近期與資策會合作「數位典藏橋接計畫」，該計畫將針對有加值潛力的典藏成果，引介有興趣的廠商進行合作洽談，並進行數位典藏之加值應用與媒合，亦藉此推動國內的文化創意加值產業之發展與成長。於2009年4月7日，假澎湖百世多麗花園酒店第一會議廳與澎湖地方藝文設計人士舉行產學媒合會議。
數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫前身主要可回溯到1998年開始的「數位博物館專案計畫」以及「國際數位圖書館研究計畫」、「國家典藏數位化計畫」三個計畫的整合，並於2002年進入發展的第二階段「數位典藏國家型科技計畫」，同時也與2003成立的「數位學習國家型科技計畫」協同發展，至2008年起完成人才、技術與硬體的整合，成立「數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫」總計畫辦公室。面臨數位化技術、資訊通訊科技與網路的發展對社會的影響日益深遠，本計畫旨在將國家典藏以及社會活動數位化，並推廣此觀念；本計畫所涉及的層面包括文化、學術、經濟、教育、外交、社會及民生等，並涵蘊學術研究、產業發展、及種種應用等層次，對國家未來的發展關係甚大。這項工作所預期的效益至少包括下列七個面向：
1. 有利於重要文化資產的保存及新文化的創造。
2. 改善學術研究工具，發展未來的學術研究環境。
3. 促進知識經濟與產業的發展。
4. 建立華語文數位教學的國際地位。
5. 豐富教育素材，協助推動正規教育、終身學習與遠距教學。
6. 有助於參與國際性的計畫與組織，開拓臺灣在國際社會的發展空間。
7. 促使學習資源開放與學習機會均等，以建立公平社會。

[Info-tech][Cross-disciplinary] “Taiwan E-Learning and Digital Archives Program: Bridging Program”Held Industrial-Academic Matching Conference in Penghu
The office of “National Technology Program-Taiwan E-Learning and Digital Archives Program (Telda)” recently cooperates with Institute for Information Industry (III) providing a “Bridge” platform, which aims at introducing the digital archives with value-added potential to the companies of interests and accelerating the digital archives' value-added applications and industrial-academic matching, in order, as a further goal, to encourage the development of cultural and creative industries in Taiwan. On 7th-Apr., 2009, an industrial-academic matching conference between the officials of the program and the cultural and creative entrepreneurs was held in Penghu Pescadores Hotel.
Telda could be traced back to 1998 when three programs were merging with each other: “Digital Library and Museum program,” “International Digital Libraries Collaborative Research Program,” and “National Digital Archives Plan.” In 2002, the merging of five years resulted in “National Technology Program: Digital Archives Program,” which was coordinated with the contemporary “National Technology Program: E-Learning Program”(began in 2003). In 2008, the integration of talent, techniques and hardware was completed, and the main Telda office was established. Facing the rapid digitalization and IC-tech's influences on the society, the program wishes to digitally archive the national cultural riches and to help with the digitalization of social activities. The program involves domains such as culture, academics, economics, education, diplomacy, society and people's livelihood; it is also layered with levels of academic researches, industrial development and further applications. The program is regarded as an important factor to the national development. The task holds seven visionary perspectives:
1. To help with the conservation and creation of significant cultural riches;
2. To better the means and the environment of academic researches;
3. To accelerate the development of knowledge ecnomics and industries;
4. To build the international status of Chinese digital education;
5. To richen materials for educations including normal, life time and remote education;
6. To help with the international activities and extend Taiwan's international space;
7. To build a society of justice by making open resources and opportunities of learning equally reachable.
