[科技政策] 國科會整合研發資源 成立高等研究園區

國科會在第八次全國科學技術會議（2009年1月13日，台北）提案，將整合台灣研發資源，鎖定通訊產業及太陽能產業，在台灣北中南分別設立高等研究園區。

高等研究園區旨在建構產學合作平台，將大學、研究機構、產業資源以及人文地理環境整合起來。初期將以「虛擬」概念對高等研究園區進行可行性考察，藉由虛擬平台，聯繫各方首長，鎖定高等研究主題，再將各單位緊密結合，待成效預期度明朗化後，再進一步落實發展。

據國科會副主委陳力俊指出，目前選地竹科、中興新村及南科三地，可能以竹科為先行示範單位，而行政院最快兩週內將成立專責辦公室。

[TECH-POLOCY] NSC Attempts to Integrate R&D Resources by Establishing Higher Research Parks

National Science Council (NSC) proposed in the 8th National Wide Science & Technology Conference (Taipei, 13th-Jan., 2009) that there will be three Higher Research Parks (tr. temp.) established in Northern, Central and Southern Taiwan, aiming at higher integration of R&D resources, particularly on the industry of communication and photovoltaics.

Higher Research Park is based on the conception to integrate the resources from universities, research institutes, industries as well as cultural and geographical contexts by means of an industrial-academic platform. An initial probability investigation is to go on "virtually," that is, via a virtual-based platform the opinions from every side can be integrated into some specific targets for higher research. When the common agreements get reached, each side will fall into practical integration accordingly.

According to Deputy Minister of NSC Lih-J Chen, the chosen campuses are Hsinchu Science Park, Chung-Sing Village (Nantou) and Southern Taiwan Science Park. Hsinchu might be the first establishment, while Executive Yuan will form the responsible office in about two weeks.
