88 Flood has inflicted great looses on South Taiwan especially on the aboriginal tribes. Academia Sinica Institute of Ethnology with its long-term care for the aboriginal tribes' survival and development issues hosts a cross-field conference and invites many experts to dialogue from perspectives of climate change, policy and ethnic vision these three aspects. The institute wishes to provide a platform for multiple thinking with regard to these issues to express its sincere care for its aboriginal academic partners.
