碧利有機整體口感類似苦味較突出而酸味較內斂的頂級藍山,乾淨、飽滿,特別的是香味聞起來有種奶油味,而喝過之後喉頭的韻味不像藍山那樣屬於燜烤地瓜的焦糖甘感,而是有點沉穩、若有所思的微甘苦韻,很有意思。

新莊碧利烘培館老闆說,因為這邊客人都不大喜歡酸味,所以有些時候這支豆子會烘得長一點,以應市場口味,不過他個人則喜歡淺焙一點的味道。喜歡精品味道的人,推薦向新莊碧利探味,記得,要說你喜歡淺焙還是深焙喔!
